From working as a nanny for Bette Midler, to touching up J.Lo's roots in the Dominican Republic, Tracey Cunningham has done it all in celebrity hair color. Tracey’s clients are among the most sought after women on stage and screen – from Drew Barrymore to Charlize Theron, Emma Stone , Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel, just to name a few. The inimitable colorist treats her clients like family, whom she has been styling for many years. She's a workaholic, but is figuring out how to find more balance.
Tracey Cunningham has been at the forefront of the competitive hair arena for over two decades, nurturing and perfecting her talent at some of the most prestigious salons in Los Angeles, until she opened her own salon, Mèche, in 2012. She will recommend going to another colorist if she thinks the color you want will break off all of your hair!
Cunningham’s work has graced the covers of magazines such as Marie Claire, W, InStyle and Allure.
Currently, Cunningham lends her distinguished skills as a Redken Creative Consultant for Color, and serves as Ambassador for the revolutionary hair product, Olaplex. She travels the country with her Educational forums and is delighted to share her experiences.
