Jeanine Lobell has her own hot dog stand, says Gen Z isn't lazy, and will tell you when you're doing a good job, now.

Jeanine Lobell is a celebrated makeup artist and founder of Stila Cosmetics. Stila was first-to-market with recycled packaging, the use of illustrations, and girl power culture. As one of the first indie makeup brands, the company had unprecedented growth, resulting in a bidding war among industry giants and ultimate sale to Estée Lauder. Jeanine was then recruited as Creative Director to revamp the Kevyn Aucoin Beauty line.

Lobell has continued to focus on entrepreneurial opportunities along with her makeup artistry. She is still very much a fixture on campaign and editorial photoshoots, in addition to working with an impressive roster of celebrity clients for red carpet events. She has worked with many renowned actors like Natalie Portman, as well as Michelle Williams, Cate Blanchett among others.

Most recently Lobell launched Neen, a new makeup subscription line that we will get into later on.
