The first big event of the Badminton calendar in this year is happening in New Delhi \u2013 with the 2022 India Open set to take place from January 11 to 16. There is a great deal of anticipation around the event as it could see a potential rematch of the two finalists of the World championships last month \u2013 Kidambi Srikanth and Singapore\u2019s Loh Kean Yew.\nThere is also a lot of excitement as India suddenly seems to have a great number of high quality male shuttlers and some excellent prospects, including the likes of Lakshya Sen.
