This is one of our biggest discussions. At almost an hour, I thought about trimming it down into segments, but some context would be lost if it weren’t presented as one cohesive discussion.
We talk about (racial) titles, heritage, how great America is and can be, if we all, could set aside our Implicit Bias, and simply listen to each other.
We are Implicitly Biased.
Implicit bias: this is an unconscious attribution of particular qualities to a member of a certain social group.
