According to the WHO, cardiovascular diseases (also known as heart diseases) is the #1 cause of death globally. We need to take care of our heart and continuously monitor for signs of heart disease. In this episode, we look into work from Xiangjiao Xia and colleagues who developed microgel e-skin capacitive sensor that can monitor risks of heart health, providing more information than the current smart watches!
