Another African-American male killed by the police. This time the police are also African-American. \xa0This sparks different thoughts in my mind about the police profession as a whole. Recruit, train, develop the right people. Limit years on the streets. Anything to stop the targeting, and brutality of law enforcement especially on black and brown men.
