The International Initiative for Promoting Political Economy (IIPPE) held the Training Workshop on “Anglo-Saxon Capitalism since the Financial Crisis” at SOAS, London on November 8th, 2017. Speaker Biography: Trevor Evans is Professor for Monetary Theory, Monetary Policy and International Currency Relations at the Department of Business and Economics at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. He has a PhD in economics from the University of London. He worked for many years at the Regional Centre for Economic and Social Research (CRIES) in Managua, Nicaragua, and has been a professor of economics at the Berlin School of Economics since 2006. He is a member of the coordinating committee of the European Economists for an Alternative Economic Policy in Europe.
