My top takeaways from a hugely impactful conference in Utah. Continuing education is a HUGE way to stay grounded and improving. There\u2019s no such thing as having \u201carrived\u201d or being able to maintain. If you\u2019re not growing, you\u2019re... doing something opposite of growing which is never ideal.
