Jennifer Ray created the Monarch and its culture out of her soul. \\xa0She has made The Monarch part of the Wichita community because she works at it, in it and on it every day! \\xa0Jennifer said it herself "blissful ignorance is a privilege." \\xa0People who do difficult things at the highest level do not have this privilege. \\xa0They are aware of those challenges and succeed despite the forces pressing down upon them daily. \\xa0Jennifer\'s resilience, work ethic and unique ability to create and multiply culture is why we all enjoy The Monarch.\\xa0
