Attorney Michael Ross from the Alliance Defending Freedom
Michael Ross is representing UNL students as they challenge their university to allow a wider diversity of voices to speak on campus. The students belong to the campus group Ratio Christi. A speaker's right to speak to their group was denied recently because that speaker was Christian. Is this right? Does this kind of thing represent the "marketplace of ideas" an institution of higher learning aspires to be? Ian and Michael discuss.
