Welcome back to another episode! On today's episode we are focusing on Gratitude.\\xa0 It is really important for us to take the time to take a step back and look at all the things we are grateful for. I'll list down below todays affirmations, self-care strategy and daily quote. I hope you all are enjoying this small little segment focusing on self-care with me!\\xa0

Self-care strategy: They say if you don't create goals for yourself, the world will create them for you. Grab a journal and practise this 'free writing' exercise. Without\\xa0 stopping, for five minutes (don't worry about grammar or making sense), write out a list of goals the world has placed in front of you via social expectations and responsibilities. Then take another five minutes to write out the goals you'd like to override the previous ones with. Think about how you could make this happen and make notes.
