She wrote and produced podcast episodes for Wondery\u2019s \u201cBusiness Wars Daily\u201d and the \u201cTulsa Race Massacre\u201d episodes for \u201cAmerican History Tellers.\u201d A few years ago, at the age of 57 she started her podcast production company, Podcast Allies, where they consult produce and train podcasters.\n\nElaine also just launched her own podcast called \u201cSound Judgement\u201d where she interviews some of our favorite podcast hosts to better understand how to make compelling content and tell good stories.
