Over-regulating the adult-use market and expecting the black market to go away is like bombing for peace, it just doesn't work. Today's name and shame segment goes into why people seek the black market in the first place, because oftentimes the adult-use or medical market just ain't cutting it in terms of pricing, potency, options, and freedom.

And most importantly, when you over-regulate and make it too cost-prohibitive to join the adult-use market, you make it so only the richest can pay to play, squeezing out cannabis pioneers whose sacrifices got us to where we are now.
