#HURDLEMOMENT: How to Handle Post-Marathon Blues

Now what? It\u2019s the inevitable question we all ask ourselves after we complete any race \u2014 whether it\u2019s a 5K or a marathon. Often times, crossing that finish line is a gateway to all sorts of feelings, many of them difficult to handle. In today\u2019s #hurdlemoment, I talk about what I call the \u201cpost-marathon blues\u201d (PMB). Those hard-to-handle emotions that come once you\u2019ve tackled your big crazy goal, often associated sentences like \u201cI can\u2019t stop eating\u201d and \u201cI feel like I have no purpose now.\u201d I touch on different strategies you can use to manage PMB, and the best way to proceed to come out on the other side a more productive, happier person.
