The aim of this is to show that all of us can have challenges throughout our life and it is normal. In medicine there is no need to hide these issues and it is good to talk about them with colleagues, friends and professionals as required. Through this we hope to dispel the myth that medical students and doctors have to be super heroes, and that like everyone else they need to look after their physical and mental health.'
