Gosh, it\'s starting to become a habit for me to record my podcasts at this time. So unhealthy...oops.

Well, for today, I did my first FB Live and created "Units" - which are (for those who are wondering) something like Sections in a large book that contains \'chapters\'.

\\n

So \'Units\' within our FB Group can act as a folder that stores all my FB Lives so you don\'t need to go hunting for that specific podcast you liked or wanted to remember that person\'s name who I interviewed a little while ago, etc.
