\nPatrice has a story of escaping/being healed of severe mental illness (as well as escaping many other things) She is the author of the upcoming book "Living in an Escape Room". Most people think mental illness is permanent and something they have to live with. Her story and her reality give people hope that they, too can be healed. Patrice shares her story of how she was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, and how she was able to overcome it and become cured of it. She goes into the spirituality behind her "escape" from her mental illness and explains how others have done so as well. We discuss different elements of what she shared and go into a few more directions as well. I share my 44th Vision Board success and we talk about it a little bit as well. We loop back around to some more of the spiritual discussion and list a few more resources for those looking to be helped with their mental illness.

In this season I'm talking with my guests about their story and how they've been able to "rewrite their stars" in their own life. Then after they've shared their story we transition into talking about vision boards for a little bit and I share one of the successes that I've had. Again, why I'm sharing my successes with you is to show that you can do the same thing, to use a vision board yourself and that you can rewrite your stars in your own life.
