\\nBut Ricky is to reveal in our conversation on why freelancers are discovering they're not quite as 'free' as they had first thought.\\xa0Also he shares on when\\xa0meeting and speaking with the freelance community he learned one of the main struggles and something they felt missing as a freelancer is a lack of a mentor.
