Richard is a 32-year old Center Defensive Midfielder and has played the beautiful game as a pro for 10 years.  

You will see within the conversation that this guy is a leader and a role model for the coming generations of footballers. 

He recently just got his USSF B-License and does coaching in his free time as he wants to give back to the game.
