But he had labeled those tapes \\u201cdattrax\\u201d and at the time I couldn\\u2019t come up with a better name so \\u201cdattrax\\u201d we became!\\xa0
I get really lucky when it comes to gear, files and converting our catalogue of records to mp3s. I love gear, I love it all, cd players, laptop platforms, and time coded vinyl, midi controllers. I think you need to know how to use it all, but buy what you like. Most of our closest friends are other DJs or sound geeks, so we get to try a lot of different gear. Since we\\u2019ve been playing from cds and mp3\\u2019s lately, Dat\\u2019s taken care of most of that, hunting, cataloguing, converting etc. I\\u2019ve been really spoiled for the last little while.\\xa0
I\\u2019ve been late to the dance, but I always show up! I\\u2019ve spent more money at this, than I\\u2019ll ever make in this! I have the best DJ Partner and friend a guy could hope for! IN THE NAME OF HOUSE!! And my friends the beat goes on\\u2026\\u2026\\u2026\\u2026.\\u201d
