2021 Aug When House Meets Trance


Impromptu live set interrupting the Beach House series. It just happened... We need to \\u201cbring it back\\u201d!

There is a soundspace where House meets Trance. Always loved it, always strive to get there. From 122 to 138 bpm, at times banging, with new remixes of classics, Phil Collins, Pat Benatar and Madonna dropped in.

Highlighting\\xa0 2 tracks which required a bit of editing work: a mashup up of no-less than a new Paul Van Dyk remix of the balearic anthem \\u201cCafe Del Mar\\u201d and Chicane\\u2019s \\u201cSaltwater\\u201d I which we added synth pads and a choral work rendition of \\u201cAs the Rush Comes\\u201d with time delayed fourth and fifth harmonies of two remixes with added accapellas to boot. Not entirely unhappy with the result.
