With a long background as a football player, David started working in the Hospitality Industry as a bar owner. Soon he realizes that there are a lot of things to learn in this industry. In his first days behind the bar, he was learning how to mix drinks from his guests. They were telling him what to pour. Slowly he felt in love with this job and he started learning the craft of mixing drinks. After a while, David started participating in Cocktail Competitions. His motivation was to learn more from his competitors but to his surprise, he managed to win a few competitions. His participation in Cocktail Competitions culminated with winning the title of Best Bartender in the World in 2013 at the World Class competition.
