Take out a piece of paper.
In the left column write everything you think you HAVE to do.
In the right column write things that bring you joy.
Now start doing at least one thing from the right side every day.
Start saying \u201cNo\u201d to things that are not on the right side of your page. To change your life you need to change your priorities.
