Morning Mantra: \u201cLife has no remote, get up and change it yourself.\u201d

Only you can change your life. And it begins with mindset. And mindset creates habits. And habits can change your life.

Changing your mindset begins with thinking new thoughts.\xa0 Instead of thinking why your life can\u2019t be changed, start writing down HOW you want it to change. And what you can DO to make it change.\xa0 Start by thinking of small ways you can change it through things you can do.\xa0

When you have your list, start doing them until they become habit. Studies say it can take at least 21 days of doing them before a habit is formed.\xa0 DO NOT let setbacks derail you.\xa0 If you miss a day, get back on track- DO NOT quit.

Commit to the change.\xa0 If you are serious about changing your life you will find a way, if you\u2019re not, you\u2019ll find an excuse.
