Avoiding your triggers isn\u2019t healing.\xa0 Healing happens when you are triggered and you can move through the pain, the pattern, and the story, and walk yourself to a different ending.

The soul always knows when and how to heal itself, the challenge is to silence the mind. To silence the voice in your head that says you need to avoid sitting with the pain.\xa0 To avoid feeling anything but the pain, the anger, the hurt, or the sorrow.

Healing doesn\u2019t mean the pain never existed; it means you are able to deal with it in a way that keeps it from controlling your life.
