Strength is developed through adversity. We aren\u2019t born with it. It\u2019s like a muscle you must use for it to get bigger.\xa0
Anyone can run from their problems, or hide in temporary coping mechanisms, but it requires strength to face something.\xa0
Life will give you 1000 reasons to break down and cry, but it will also give you 1,000 reasons to roll up your sleeves, grit your teeth and fight for the joy, the love, the reasons to smile.\xa0
