Every moment you worry about what might happen tomorrow is an actual moment you could be enjoying today. Try to stay present. In the Now. Notice things TODAY that make you happy.\xa0

Practice making the distinction between a real problem and an imagined scenario you made up in your mind.
Recognize that if you are prepared, and if you have done what you can, that worrying about what you cannot control is a waste of time.\xa0 It causes you anxiety that you do not need.

Participate in stress reducing activities, practice seeing the outcome you want; including FEELING how that outcome will make you feel
