Fear Isnt You

Stop expecting so much from yourself. You had a fright. It's OK to be scared.\xa0
Slow down and take comfort in small steps. Celebrate each small step as a victory.\xa0

Each small step is progress. But you are not required to make progress each day.\xa0
Some days are just difficult, and that is not a bad thing. It just is. So, move on to another day...and then another.

It's okay to have anxiety but it's not okay to allow it to control you. Take a small bite out of the fear and face it. \xa0 Look at it, examine it. Find its source.\xa0 Is it from a past experience or thinking of what MIGHT happen?

Then take another small bite. Then another. After a while, it's gone.
Take a deep breath. Take another. You are going to be ok.\xa0
