Dont Judge What You Dont Understand

It\u2019s really easy to be an armchair (or keyboard) critic. We THINK we know the situation and we judge it by what WE would do if we were in it.
Stop that. You don\u2019t know what it took for someone to get out of bed and face the day.\xa0 You don\u2019t know what options they had when they made the decision that brought them to the place they are.
Judging usually comes from fear of what we don\u2019t understand.\xa0 We label the unknown and through judging we try to control the feelings we have. And if we can\u2019t control them- we attack.
Remember this though, when you are busy judging you have no time to lift them up, to send them positive thoughts, to offer a hand and to shine your beautiful light for them to see their way.
