All Connected
Morning Mantra: "Tug on anything at all and you will find it connected to everything in the Universe."
Whenever I am feeling alone, unheard, or ignored, I think of this quote by John Muir.\xa0 It reminds me that I am never alone. It reminds me to go to nature to feel my connectiveness. It reminds me to act accordingly.
If you live your life as if you are in a bubble, regardless of how your words or actions affect others or our planet, you ignore the fact that what you do has consequences.\xa0 It is not only you that your ignorance affects.
You also miss the wonder in the awareness of being connected to other things.\xa0 That what you do matters. That YOU matter.
To realize that everything is connected is to both accept our insignificance and to understand our importance.
