"President" Putin claims that he is willing to exit Ukraine on the condition that several key demands are met: Ukraine must dismantle their forces, rewrite their constitution, acknowledge Crimea as Russian territory, and relinquish control over two allegedly "independent" cities in Eastern Ukraine.
