Gemma Ogston, together with her husband, run Gems Wholesome Kitchen (@gemswholesomekitchen) a plant-based foodie business based in Brighton, UK. Her first book ,\xa0The Self\xa0Care Cookbook was published last December and if she's not busy cooking she developing recipes,, working on projects with brands and delivering cooking workshops.
