b'Khalil "Hal" Sadi is a comedian that I have known since he first started Standup as he used to frequent an Open Mic that I ran daily. Hal just opened for me when I was in Salt Lake City & St. George, Utah which we briefly discuss in this episode.
We talk about how Hal had to start the comedy scene in St. George and how Ju Jitsu helped him fill the void of not getting on stage during the pandemic.
I strongly suggest that anyone who is thinking of starting Standup or has already started and is up and coming, that you give a listen to this episode for some Open Mic etiquette and tips.
