Producer Josh Shader stepped out from behind the camera to help two directors shoot very different versions of the same script on the award-winning Starz documentary series, The Chair. In this episode of Hollywood & Wine, he steps into an equally daunting crop of Russian River Valley pinot noirs with the guys. Along the way, he shares what Youtubers have figured out that Hollywood hasn't, why film schools should be graduating salespeople, and how the key to longevity in entertainment comes down to surviving the dip.
