Based in Paducah Kentucky, Bradley honed her skills working with Michelin star chefs John Fraser (at New York\\u2019s Dovetail), as well as David Posey and Paul Kahan (Blackbird, Chicago). After seeing an opportunity in her native Paduca, she returned to her roots to open a restaurant of her very own.'
