Basic math on employees in healthcare at the country level suggest that physicians make up about 5% of the healthcare workforce, nurses about 10% - what goes to make up the remaining 85%? We need to move on from discussions and start with action, actions that increase transparency allowing everyone to understand the healthcare system.
