Proxima has teams in Chicago and in the UK, the business has been around for about 25 years and has approximately 250 people. Clare Harris has been in the business for 15 years and has taken on a number of roles during that time. Clare started out client-facing, then went into operations and was the COO for a number of years before returning to a client-facing role about three years ago.
