  • London Historic Parks v Secretary of State HCLG [2020] EWHC 2580 a case relating to the proposed Holocaust Memorial in Victoria Tower Gardens; whether the requirements for independence and objectivity in Art 9a of the EU Directive are properly transposed and if so if the handling arrangements to deal with called-in applications comply with reg 64 (2) if the EIA Regs 2017.
