\\nFlee is an Academy Award nominated animated documentary about one man\'s experience growing up as gay in Afghanistan and becoming a refugee, eventually ending up in Denmark. It details the harrowing multiple journeys he took in order to seek some sort of safety, the complicated story of his immediate family and their struggles, and how that trauma has affected him throughout his life even up to today. It\'s a moving piece of art that I highly recommend. It\'s available on Hulu for subscribers or you can rent it from any online rental platform.
