On August 23, 2020, Jacob S. Blake, a 29-year-old black man, was shot and seriously injured by a police officer in Kenosha, WI. On August 25, Blake\\u2019s father announced that his son was paralyzed from the waist down as well as suffered a gunshot wound to one arm, damage to his stomach, kidney, and liver. The officers involved in the shooting will not be charged.
