She\u2019s also the coauthor of Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Arts of Receiving Feedback Well (Even When It\u2019s Off-Base, Unfair, Poorly Delivered and Frankly, You\u2019re Not in the Mood), a New York Times bestseller.
