With my Jacqueline's INSIDE \\nOUT program I focus on self love and self confidence...founder of the \\n360 Confidence Total Makeover and the wheel of confidence Method.\\xa0 This unique program was developed in my salon as a way to teach the \\nimportance of inner beauty first. With my 5-elements Identity, mindset ,\\n physical appearance, wellness, inspiration within the 4-Pillars beauty \\nFashion , wellness and inspiration. Working together and building \\nrelationships with goal\\xa0 setting and development. Mentoring with a twist\\n as my salon helped beauty school students and stylist develop and grow \\nin this industry. Jacqueline's Inside out is now a tv show that I host \\nfeatured on Bethel Park Tv and YouTube. We focus on beauty , fashion , \\nwellness and inspiration.
\\nFrom the moment I began playing with baby dolls at a young age , I knew I\\n wanted to make a difference in the beauty and fashion world. Following \\nmy dreams , I entered the beauty industry at the age of 16 as a shampoo \\ngirl working in a salon in Downtown Pittsburgh. My inspiration comes \\nfrom all the beauty in the world, from past , present, and future. I \\nhave a strong belief beauty comes from within.

\\nOne of my proudest career goals was to become an author of my first book\\ncalled SHEAR DREAMS. The life and journey of a hairstylist. As I have \\ngone through the years in this industry i took notes. Those notes turned\\n into inspiration to share my knowledge , experiences which led me to \\nwrite this book. My hope is to give motivation , inspiration to the \\nreader to follow their dreams even when times are hard. Changing lives \\none client at a time. I sincerely hope that what you read in the \\nchapters will encourage you to pursue your dreams and believe in \\nyourself.

\\nMy heart and soul is my faith and family\\xa0 , I'm a wife , mom /grandma \\nand daughter / sister , aunt ....my family and friends\\xa0 are truly my \\nworld. With them I am whole !
