Healthy vs. Unhealthy Boundaries

Published: June 6, 2022, 10 a.m.

Boundaries are important to have in place to protect your time and energy. We all have a tendency to try and be everything to everyone or push ourselves to the point of overwhelm, which is exactly where boundaries come into play.

In this episode I discuss:

  • The key to having healthy boundaries is an open and honest line of communication and mutual respect
  • The three types of boundaries: no boundaries, rigid boundaries and clear boundaries
  • Enforcing your own boundaries without being selfish and respecting other people's boundaries

You have got to take responsibility for meeting your own needs and taking care of yourself. Boundaries are a tool to help you do that and, in this episode, I share exactly how you can do that in a healthy way.\xa0
