Combating Complaining

We all need to let off a little steam every now and then by airing our grievances and it's totally okay to complain every once in a while, and vet about your problems. However, constantly complaining can lead you down a path of negative thinking, increased irritability and outbursts of anger and is bad for not only your mental but physical health.
