The flu vaccine selections may be off this year. So once again, there is just enough vagueness to make it okay to try your luck on the vaccine roulette wheel. The reality is that there is absolutely no scientific basis for the CDC’s assertion that the influenza vaccine is the most effective way to prevent the flu. But the media parrots it dogmatically anyway as though it was an unquestionable fact.
