Knowing the history of the pathogen cartel, we may have to go through the motions of another pandemic and it appears that they do not care about the psychological harm it does to the population. Recent discussions around \u201cglobal biosecurity\u201d and the potential for disease outbreaks to foster a totalitarian world government have intensified.
