On Monday night, there were dozens of Black Hawk helicopters descending upon downtown Los Angeles while residents reported explosions and scrambled to find out if they were looking at a military invasion or a film shoot. Apart from the reality of these covert training exercises being psychological operations, the biggest fear is that the so-called urban warfare drills are being meant for homeland deployment under Martial Law.
