12/2/19: EZEKIEL’S WHEEL OF FURY Weather manipulation is heating the Arctic and forcing cold Arctic conditions in the United States, as characterized by the Winter Storm Ezekiel when it first entered the West Coast last Tuesday, Nov. 26, and hit southern Oregon and Northwestern California as a bomb cyclone.
