b'Back in 2001, just months before Ground Zero was temporarily taken off the air nationally because of the 9/11 attacks, we were looking into reports of some strange activity happening in Antarctica.
There were rumors on the internet and elsewhere that a satellite had captured what appeared to be some sort of structure or machine embedded in the ice there. The US military immediately moved to censor the reports and the mainstream news media dutifully complied.
