They raise five acres of produce on their 61 acre farm in Eastern ohio- their specialties are lettuces and garlic. They participate in farmer's markets in Ohio, PA and WV. In 2016 they also fought an oil & gas pipeline that was to run through their main production area, and had the route changed off their property. \nhttps://www.facebook.com/mick.luber\nEmily Pek operates Frayed Knot Farm, a small hand scale farm, located in Newbury township of Geauga County which is 30 miles from downtown Cleveland. Indigenous to the Erie and Mississugua nations. Frayed Knot Farm, the enterprise focuses on cut flower production, offered in a CSA style subscription service throughout the summer season, as well as providing blooms and foliage for celebratory arrangements and workshops. Frayed Knot has also been host to The Cleveland Flax Project.
